Hiiii there! Man, I’m wishing I could transport myself back to this weather right now. These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago when it was like 65º outside and perfect. This week has STUNK weather-wise. It’s Thursday, right? Yeah, I literally haven’t left the apartment since SUNDAY. Hahaha, oh my gosh. Normally I’ve been getting out for runs or to drive to a park, and I haven’t left the apartment because this snow is depressing me. Thankfully the forecast looks a little more spring-friendly, because I’m ready to get outside for a few minutes here. Going a little stir-crazy! 🤪

But yeah, my days pretty much all blur together now. Get up, make the bed, make coffee, hunker down at my computer, work, try to not be distracted by dishes or social media, make lunch, have my afternoon coffee, log off at 5pm, watch an episode of something, cook dinner, watch another episode of something, clean up, maybe blog if I have content, if not, drink wine, watch a movie, do my nightly skincare routine, crawl into bed, scroll scroll scroll, and then wake up and do it all over again. Some days I mix it up… and clean! Or, the other night I tipsily played Sims and that was exciting. My sim was straight up abducted by an alien. Otherwise, I’m slightly obsessed with TikTok right now. I haven’t made any videos, just a stupid test one lol, but I love scrolling through it. So entertaining, even though I’m like 10 years too old for this app. 🤣 Oh well. That’s my lifeeeee right now. 😛

But yeah, I’m excited for spring. Even if every event I love is getting canceled (😭) and who knows when this is all going to go back to any sort of normalcy, I’m still just excited to see flowers bloom and experience more sunshine and warmth and thunderstorms. I’m looking forward to getting back outside to run. I’ve been consistently doing 5K’s and I was feeling so good about that! And I’ve been really crushing my WW game. I know people say now is not the time to “diet” or “be productive”, but honestly tracking my points, cooking healthy meals, measuring everything out, has been a really good thing for me to do during this time. Getting back into my goal weight range has been a really positive (and fun thing) for me, and a good time of life to do it honestly. Nothing tricky to navigate with dining out, social events or drinking or whatever, so yeah. I’m down 6.5 pounds so far this quarantine, which I’m pretty proud of! But yeah, that’s about it! Ready to sleep in this weekend, maybe grab a meal out, get outside for a run, take more photos. I’ll see ya guys next week! Have a good one!
