On the dock

Yay! I'm so glad Blogger is back up. It's crazy how much my life revolves around this blog. You don't think about it until you can't have it for a couple of days! I wouldn't have it any other way though; it keeps me sane. Sometimes I'm crazy with 50+ (yes, that's insane for me) unread emails in my inbox, blogs to design, clothes to track, outfits to post, photos to take and sometimes I feel so in over my head, but it's my life. I'm so crazy passionate about this thing I've created that I can't imagine my life without Selective Potential now. I'm so blessed. Even when I want to punch myself for taking on so much, I wouldn't change a thing.

The weather has been unbelievably beautiful lately. It's like a taste of summer. It's been high 70's - low 80's the entire week with sunshine and late night rumbling thunderstorms. I've been scooting every day, eating ice-cream on the boardwalk, sitting in my blog studio with all of the windows open and the most amazing Lake Michigan breeze blowing through our apartment. Can you guys tell yet I'm the craziest idealist ever?

I've been loving these two nautical accessories lately. One of my very good friends, Eleanor from Bonjour Bbydoll, gave me this anchor ring that I adore and wear constantly. It's crazy how you can become such good friends with someone on the other side of the world and they know your personality so well. It's amazing! So thank you Eleanor, for the amazing ring!
