Deeply October
Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. I sure did! It was pretty low-key, but on Sunday, we ventured out to Robinette’s Apple Haus for hot cider, doughnuts and pretty autumn scenes. I absolutely love autumn, and the fact that we’re in full swing. The weather is cooperating, the trees are changing colors, and that golden light is finally happening. I love it! I have several high hopes for this season, including more adventures to local cider mills, our first anniversary, a cider-themed wine club, and major Halloween plans. I’m so glad October is here!
Today, I’m collaborating with a new online retail shop called The Deeply Co. For a little background, Deeply started out as a venture by singer/songwriter Jillian Edwards to pursue the kinds of shows she most wanted to play — small, intimate gatherings surrounded by lovely things and other creatives, celebrating what makes us all unique. She expanded her shows into tours, and started highlighting makers/creatives on her Instagram, and her friend/business partner, Raegan, came up with the idea of creating an online shop based around this concept. The shop is a small, tightly curated selection of beautiful, background-rich pieces that are great basics for your closet. Alongside the concert gatherings and online store, they also started a blog that will highlight the creatives they’re inspired by, celebrate beauty in its myriad forms, and start conversation around living intentionally and purposefully.

I hope you all have a great start to your week! Tonight, we’re off to dinner, and to see Josh Ritter and Jason Isbell. I’m really looking forward to it! Other than that, it’s going to be a pretty chill week. It’s my mission to get to the farmers market to get pumpkins for our front porch, and to take a trip to a local cider mill. I also need to get supplies to DIY pieces of my Halloween costume. I’m dressing up with three of my girlfriends, and it’s going to be so fun. I can’t wait. Have I yet mentioned this month is the BEST? I have? Okay, bye. ;)
