Meyer May House
I took a little trip to visit the Meyer May House located in Grand Rapids. It was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and it is the most completely restored home of Wright's. It was so lovely to see the original prairie house as Wright had envisioned it. I don't have a deep understanding of architecture, but I absolutely love his designs and think it's amazing we're lucky enough to have one right in our own city.
I received this dress from Annie from Time Enough for Drums to style up through the Delightful Dozen! The pattern is unlike anything else I've styled up - so unique and pretty! It also has such lovely details - with the buttons and the little slit in the front. I wanted to keep an earthy feel to the outfit, so I went with my beloved olive green cardigan and earth colored boots!
Life has been so very busy lately. Plus, on top of that, my motherboard crashed (or something of the sort) on my Macbook Pro, so now Apple Care has it until Friday (I hope it's not longer than that!) I'm totally lost without a computer. Thank goodness I have Apple Care and it doesn't cost me a dime, but a fashion blogger... with no computer? Not good. So thanks for bearing with me! I can't wait to start posting my wintry session photos and outfits!
