On the bayou
It's almost warm enough to wear full-on spring outfits outside! I still paired a cardigan with this while we were out and about. If I were wearing this to work I would have worn tights too, but for dinner and a drive around the lake, this was perfect! At least I feel comfortable incorporating more color into my outfits without looking crazy. For some reason, I just feel so weird wearing a lot of color in winter here in Michigan!
I purchased this skirt and top from Forever 21 when they had their 100% proceeds to Japan day. I spent a little too much money that day, but nothing to feel guilty about! It went toward a great cause. If you guys haven't heard yet, Chictopia is hosting a Wear Red Wear Hope relief fund. All you have to do is upload a photo of you wearing red and tag your style. You can also donate $10 here. Chictopia is going to match $1,000 of the community's contribution. I plan on doing a post very soon!
I've been swamped this week. My band records next week, so we have been practicing and tracking out our songs this week to get ready for it. I can't believe how soon it's coming up! Gosh. I'm so excited to hear our songs recorded and I cannot wait to post for you guys to listen! We have a Twitter page now, so if you're interested in keeping up with our updates, you can follow along. We're called Circle Maybe. So excited!
