Daylight saving begins!

Hello, spring! Even though there are still mountains of snow outside yet, today felt like the first real day of spring. We reached 43 degrees, and everyone was so excited. Haha! I know. We're crazy in Michigan. Today was a great day though. A productive day at work, burger night with friends, happy hour to wish another friend goodbye and then I was good and headed to the gym for a 5 mile run. Let's just say, do not eat a Monday night veggie burger and fries from The Winchester and then go run 5 miles. I wanted to die. Hah!

For the past few sets of photos, I kept telling Eric, "Let's just go anywhere where there isn't snow." It's kind of tough to find, but we've been finding spots! We even found a spot with grass yesterday. GRASS! So exciting. I do love this transitional weather though. It makes you just feel alive. Plus, dressing for this season is always my favorite. No coat, yet layers! Plus, I can start bringing out some of my new spring purchases and not feel guilty about it. :)

Well I hope you all had a great start to your week! I have a busy beginning, but if I can get through these first few days… I'll be golden. I've been running like a manic. I can successfully do 6 miles right now! I also have a big project to do for the blog tomorrow - wee! I can't wait to share more in April. I also have some new recipes to try this week, a full work week and a work outing on Thursday. Life is good! I'm really looking forward to the coming months. Especially our coming trip to Nashville. Okay, see you guys soooon! xo
