Sweaty Wisdom Giveaway

Today, I have an exciting giveaway from Sweaty Wisdom! One of my good friends started a yoga blog, about a year ago. Long story short, yoga was inspiring her to write down little thoughts in a notebook and she started formatting these (she's also an amazing graphic designer!) and sharing them. Now she's opened an Etsy shop to sell some of her items! She sent over a few items right before the new year began, which was perfect for me. I started a little "inspiration" wall in my studio where I have a bunch of quotes to inspire me and a giant wall calendar where I can cross off each "successful" day. I take a moment every night before bed to cross off my day, read through the quotes and get inspired.
