Sunflower fields
Okay… excuse the repeat outfit post here, but I just had to take photos in this sunflower field we spotted on our way home from Ohio! So on our way up to the upper peninsula, I made Eric drive like 45 minutes out of the way (😬) to find a sunflower field in Traverse City. We spotted it, but all the sunflowers were flopped over dead and the field itself was SAD. So we ended up taking these photos instead, but… I still was dying to see a sunflower field and take photos in one! So we were driving home from Ohio, same outfit as this post, and I spotted this field and was like, “STOPPP!” Hahaha. So here I am, in the field I wanted, I just wish I had packed an extra outfit! 😆
So yayyy! I’m so excited to be caught up on blog content. All of our travel posts are done for the summer, and now I can move into my autumn content! My next couple of blog posts and IG posts coming this week are full blown AUTUMN. Pumpkin patches, corn fields, apple orchards, you name it. So exciting. 🍂 This month is already flying, like I knew it would, but I’m so happy. I just love October. We’ve had really nice weather so far. This week has been beautiful, the leaves are all changing colors, we’re supposed to hit peak color by next week-ish? So yeah, I need to ramp it up and get my booty outside to take some photos! Last weekend, I went to a fun celebrity costume party dressed up as Angus Young from AC/DC, so if you missed that, be sure to head over to my IG post. So fun. 😆 Otherwise, not much else is new.
