Zenner's Farm Market

Autumn, autumn, AUTUMN. šŸ‚ I’m so excited to be moving into my autumn content! I feel like other bloggers have been blogging pumpkin patches since the end of August. 🤣 Oh well. I had so much to catch up on — we had some amazing trips at the end of summer/early fall, so I really can’t complain. But I’m excited to be here, caught up, posting on all the pumpkin patches, apple orchards, hot cider, pumpkin spice and burnt orange errythang until December hits. Here we go! But yeah, I was excited to partner up with Lulus for this post! They are killing the fall game right now — I was excited to pick out some new goodies! I went for this cozy sweater which is more of a reddish orange color, and a pair of the high-rise cropped Levi’s because these jeans are just amazing. Be sure to head over to Lulu’s website… lots of cute fall items right now!

So yeah! We stopped and snapped these photos on the way home from a trip to Traverse City recently. The boys were playing a gig at a wedding, so the ladies decided to make a weekend out of it. While the boys headed off to play, the girls went wine tasting on Old Mission Peninsula, grabbed dinner at Poppycocks, strolled Front Street for a bit, and ended the night at Kilkenny’s to see another local Grand Rapids band that we’re friends with. It was such a fun night! The next morning, we all grabbed brunch at Flap Jack Shack, and headed our own separate ways. I spotted this little pumpkin patch/corn field on our way home… and was like ooh! Let’s take photos! It was a cute farm market, and we got so many little indoor pumpkins for so cheap! Like $6 for 9 pumpkins that I used to decorate the inside of our apartment with. We still need to get our big pumpkins for the year, but yeah, I love having a little touch of autumn indoors! Pumpkins and all the harvest-scented candles, please!

October is flying already, but I’m trying to knock everything off my bucket list! Some completed items include… eat a cider doughnut, watch Casper, drink a hot cider, light an autumn candle, try a cider + fireball cocktail (very good, šŸ’Æ, would recommend.) Items still on my list… buy pumpkins/mums for the front porch, take an autumn day trip to Fennville, make pumpkin spice pancakes, visit Robinette’s Apple Haus, host a fall-themed brunch at our place, drink a pumpkin spice latte, drink Witches Brew, watch Hocus Pocus, watch The Haunted Mansion, watch a spooky movie, pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters, dance my booty off in a Halloween costume. Excited for all the October things! šŸŽƒ What’s on your bucket list?
