Studio parking
Hi there! Me again! Back so soon. I’m trying to catch up on a few posts because I took these photos a couple of weeks ago now! I’ve been slacking! But yeah, this outfit is very much a “me on the weekend” outfit — ripped denim, my leather jacket, ankle boots, a wrap bodysuit and a beanie. Like all of my favorite things right now wrapped into one outfit. I wore this out downtown to grab dinner and see a movie at the new Studio Park downtown. I loveeee that movie theater, and it’s so close to my work. But yeah, saw Knives Out — which is SO good! I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend if you haven’t seen it yet.
Not much else is new! Work is busy, which is great. I love having fast-paced days with deadlines; it’s a fun challenge! I’ve been slacking on getting to the gym right now, but I’m still signing up and getting there as often as I can! That’s all you can do. The days are getting longer… I’m excited that it’s getting lighter out by the time I get out of work now. I’m just loving winter right now, to be honest. Maybe not the weather itself, but just like… life and the year so far. It’s been ratchet AF, but so fun. Last weekend, I had a super fun night out with the girls celebrating Galentine’s Day. More fun plans on the calendar! Life is good!
But yeah, I don’t think I’ve told this story on the blog yet. But I really wanted a new leather jacket, like… a more classic one with less buttons/buckles/etc. I was seriously ready to splurge and spend $500 on the Madewell one. Because I loved the style, I knew I’d keep it for forever, I just love Madewell in general, etc. But then I stopped to the mall to look around and saw this jacket hanging up front at H&M. I pulled up a picture of the Madewell one and I was just like… this looks so similar. Like obviously not the same quality, but this H&M one is super great quality (and vegan!) and I know it’s going to last a long time. Plus it was a fraction of the price — at only $50! So if you’ve been wanting a new leather jacket, I’d definitely recommend this one. I loveeeee it so far. Definitely on repeat. Ok, that’s all! See you guys soon. xo
