Abandoned mini golf

I'm such a sucker for abandoned things or ghost towns. That's why I fell in love with this abandoned miniature golf area. I spotted it a couple of months ago and couldn't wait to come back and take pictures. It was actually kind of creepy walking back here and taking photos. It was really overcast and it was so quiet! It just felt eery. Plus, the sculptures were even creepy. Hah!

This past weekend was fun. I can't believe we're already well into August though. Time truly flies! I went to an engagement party, played a show with Circle Maybe at some dive bar and yesterday was filled with food and watching movies on the couch. I love relaxing Sundays. I feel so guilty sitting inside on a beautiful summer day, but sometimes its just so necessary.

I'm getting uninspired with my summer wardrobe and so excited when I see fall style in my inbox every morning. Ruche just posted a new lookbook called "Study Hall" and I loved so many outfits in there. I can't wait to pull out some tights, chunky sweaters and boots. But I definitely need to enjoy summer while it's here. I have an "end-of-summer" weekend getaway coming up that I'm really excited for. Plus, fashion week in NYC in four weeks. Eep!
