These photos were taken back in May when I was downstate in Muskegon… but this outfit is something I’ve been wearing on repeat since 2017! A classic denim jacket with a pair of black jeans = always a good combo, in my opinion! But this outfit has two of my favorite wardrobe staples… my Madewell denim jacket and my sidewalk sneakers, which I wear on constant repeat. I love them… and they were just restocked recently on Madewell’s website! But these photos were snapped in Muskegon, as you’re driving to Pere Marquette down Lakeshore Drive. So many sail boats and little corners for good photos here!

I’m still catching up on West Michigan content… I have another post coming from Grand Haven, and I’ll be able to dive back into some new content! I sort of took a month off from taking photos with my DSLR and blogging and posting on Instagram. I don’t know! I think I was just feeling a little burnt out on it and had a lot of other things happening all at the same time. Now I feel like I’m getting back into somewhat of a healthier, consistent routine, so I’m hoping to start adventuring and blogging and taking more photos again! It’s hard to balance it all sometimes, but I truly love creating content for this blog so it’s worth it to me to make it all work. Anyway. I hope you all have a great 4th of July!
