Ahhhh, spring. Or what we call in the Upper Peninsula… mud season. 🥾 It has been nice to see the snow melt, but now we’re left with some muddy trails and lingering dirty snow piles until everything really dries up. But I recently took a little drive out to Sugarloaf, was venturing up, and stopped early on to take some quick outfit pictures. Good for me to get out of my apartment and into the world with my camera!

The easy hike to the top was rewarded with vibrant autumn views and a beautiful sunset glow. Despite a little car sickness, we ended the adventure with wings and lots of laughs. I brought back some old-school Selective Potential vibes with my cut-off denim shorts, tights, and a thrifted green wool coat—fall layering at its best!
