It’s one of the few operational lighthouses that offer a bed and breakfast, and such a perk it’s so close to Marquette, only 24 miles northwest in the town of Big Bay, Michigan. It’s perched on top of a tall bluff over a rocky point, with picturesque views.
Read MoreThe Cheboygan Lighthouses! #101, #102, and #103. These are very accessible lighthouses in Cheboygan… all located within five minutes of each other. The Front Range Light is set back a bit on Water Street, sort of in an industrial area, and is normally open for tours/a little gift shop. The Crib Light & Pier Light are located in Turner Park. I loved the Crib Light most… it’s just a cute little lighthouse before you take a walk on the pier!
